I used to work 70-hour weeks across four businesses and call it success. I missed school plays. I cancelled social plans. I'd work on family holidays. I told myself it was temporary.It wasn't.

Until I stopped trying to be in everything and started building a business that worked without me.

Today, those four businesses run without my daily involvement. I travel with my family. I work when I choose. Not because I got lucky or hired a brilliant team. Because I rebuilt the structure deliberately, pillar by pillar.

No. Coaching gives you questions and homework. We give you systems, decisions, and implementation. The work gets done by us, with you involved as needed.
